For nearly 30 years, I have been working in the IT industry, focusing on manufacturing accounts. I started in factory automation, worked at setting up Computer Integrated Manufacturing environments and finally got into Supply Chain. The objective of this blog is to share experiences gained in those areas and highlight how Information Technology can help companies in their quest for lean, sustainable and responsive supply chains. I co-authored a book titled “Collaborative Sourcing“, have spoken at numerous conferences, written articles and run workshops at universities.
